Oarsome Intellect is the name of the Victoria University of Wellington's dragon boat team. We are now competing in our eleventh season. After humbly reaching a peak in the 1999/2000 season we were asked to compete in the Open Grade with teams of a similar calibre. The 2002/2003 season will be the third year that we will be challenging the Open Grade elite. We only hope that we are able to emulate the success we found in the Corporate Grade. Many thanks to all those that have supported Oarsome over the last decade. Without you we wouldn't be where we are now.

Dragon Boating is a friendly, easily learned activity that appeals to all ages and types. As a means for team building, getting fit, meeting new people or just having fun on land as well as the water, dragon boating is an excellent activity and open to all.
